THE QUANTUMFACS HISTORY

QuantumFacs began business in 1991 as a small regional mortgage servicing company. By early 1992, it became clear that specialty niche was developing, a company performing inspection and preservation work in remote areas of the country

This early speccialty ushered in several significant changes to QuantumFacs. The first important development was a substantial investment in technology. QuantumFacs was quick to recognize that today's newest high tech ideas would be tomorrows accepted methods of conducting business. Secondly, by virtue of performing remote area work, QuantumFacs was establishing the necesary experience and credibility to perform nationwide servicing.
